to design a restaurant food & beverage store for L’effervescence in no. 65, jalan maarof, bangsar, 59100 wilayah persekutuan, wilayah persekutuan kuala lumpur for approximately 10,000 sq ft
client brief
l’effervescence is a fine-dining restaurant located in a busy lifestyle city of japan, tokyo. the restaurant is influenced by the nature, incorporating the idea of fizzing bubbles into the dining experience. the purpose is to enhance experience dining within the deep forest along with the sounds of the flow of water. elevated by the microorganism effervescence through the mind and body.
concept statement
inspired from the branding and philosophy, water (fizzing, gassy) that small globule of airs. the keywords that are extracted from the inspiration itself are organic, spiral, upward ascends, and flexibility. the idea is to amplify intimacy pathway filled with calming and elevated experience through areas by inviting diners to experience the space with directions that tingles their senses with the miracle of nature through the freedom to feel. each diners will experience through the space and dining experience as if they are one of the bubbles making its way to “pop”.
