founded by charles lewis tiffany, tiffany & co. is an American luxury jewelry and specialty retailer, famously known for their iconic tiffany blue hue (tiffany 1837) and their wide range of jewelries using natural gemstones. emphasising in their creations of timeless beauty and superlative craftsmanship that will be treasured by all.
concept statement
the schematic planning is inspired by the conceptual idea relating to the site, client and the programmes of the luxury boutique hotel. the proposed interior presents the concept idea by forming a void in the centre of the building allowing the natural light and shadow to create the mood and dynamic of space, in which is dispersed and redirected into the facilities surrounding to create a sense of connection. the interior space uses natural materials that would reflect the light to create the dynamic of space revealing the direction of path that allow guests to experience the divergence of space.
