to propose and design a commercial project for pin tea at 86g, jalan ss15/4, ss15, 47500 subang jaya, selangor at approximately 1,225 sq ft.

this project is a commercial project with the aim to exceed expectations. the design is a heaquarters for beverage business, pin tea, a home-grown hand-crafted fruit tea beverage brand that focus on creating a healthier alternative tea-infused lifestyle. the brief was to design a new interior different from other outlets and to stand out from the competition in the area, known as bubble-tea street.
